Where is the theater located? The building that houses the theater is located approximately one block north of the square in Hagerstown. The theater entrance as well as ample parking are situated in the rear of the building. What time should I arrive at the theater? The staff is ready to seat & serve the audience promptly at opening. Therefore, it is a good idea to arrive at the theater by 6:30pm for evening performances & 1:30pm for matinees. Where do I pick up my tickets? There is no need for a paper ticket. All that is needed is a reservation. We will bring you a bill for your meal, show admission & any beverages ordered at intermission and collect payment at that time. Then just sit back, relax & enjoy the rest of the show. How should I dress? Traditional attire for the theater is business casual or “Sunday Best”. Do you allow children? We believe it is a wonderful thing to expose children to the world of live theater! Please call the box office to find out if the current show is age appropriate for your child. What if the show is cancelled due to weather? When cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur, we will attempt to call each reservation to let them know as soon as possible. How soon should I call for reservations? Please call as soon as you know when you would like to come. Our shows run for about two months and can sell out very quickly! Which seats are better? Everyone has an opinion about where the best seats are in the theater. Be assured that where ever you are seated, you will enjoy the show! Please remember that our Season Ticket patrons are very important to us & we do give them first choice of seating! What is a Season Ticket? A Season Ticket allows you to purchase 6 admissions to your choice of shows in the coming season at a discounted rate. Season Tickets for the next season go on sale for a limited time during the last two shows of the current season. |
